Responsibilities
Lead talent acquisition activity in the Israeli HQ site
Contribute to the company’s talent strategy with a focus on Talent Acquisition practices
Enhance candidates and managers’ experience in the recruitment process
Qualification
Required
B.A degree in relevant study, M.A advantage
5+ years of experience hiring in house for technical roles
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
Knowledge and experience in various sourcing tools, and building quality pipelines
Experience in leading internal referral campaigns
Great team player, innovative and proactive, create collaborative relationships with candidates and business partners
Comfortable to work in a fast paced
Both written and verbal English communication skills
