Responsibilities
Lead individual, corporate, foundation, and event-based fundraising efforts
Personally cultivate and steward mid- and major-level donors
Co-develop fundraising priorities and multi-year strategies with leadership
Build long-term donor relationships and stewardship experiences
Strengthen development systems, tracking, and reporting
Mobilize board members and volunteers as fundraising partners
Serve as a visible ambassador within the Carmel philanthropic community
Qualification
Required
Progressive fundraising experience
Demonstrated success with individual donors
Collaborative leadership style
Strong communication and relationship skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Familiarity with Carmel philanthropy
CFRE or advanced degree a plus
