Responsibilities

Lead individual, corporate, foundation, and event-based fundraising efforts
Personally cultivate and steward mid- and major-level donors
Co-develop fundraising priorities and multi-year strategies with leadership
Build long-term donor relationships and stewardship experiences
Strengthen development systems, tracking, and reporting
Mobilize board members and volunteers as fundraising partners
Serve as a visible ambassador within the Carmel philanthropic community
