Administrative & Labor Relations Support Specialist

GraceMark Solutions is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist with the administration of employee performance management processes and collective bargaining agreements. This role will partner with the Labor Relations department to ensure proper documentation of personnel matters and compliance with labor union requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide support for the administration of employee performance management processes and collective bargaining agreements
Review, update, and maintain personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Perform data entries or corrections under the direction of personnel managers
Interface with Labor Relations on grievances and related processes
Review personnel records for accuracy and perform necessary updates
Support the filing of paperwork with labor unions and ensure proper documentation of personnel performance matters
Assist with coaching and performance management activities under the guidance of Labor Relations
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Support general administrative tasks for the overall team as needed
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external business partners
Manage multiple tasks and projects that may vary in nature and scope

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
0–1 year of experience in an administrative support function, working in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to function effectively as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying scope
Understanding of contract language and labor relations administration
Basic knowledge of human resources principles and practices
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred

1–3 years of relevant HR or Labor Relations experience preferred
Proficiency in Oracle or NS preferred
