Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities
SAP/ maintenance and reliability
Coordinating special projects
Ability to utilize measuring devices
Engagement meetings with other shifts
PM optimization
Leading team on daily shift expectations
Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical functions
Advanced safety knowledge to include permit procedures, hazardous chemicals, and process safety Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and CMMS software
Qualification
Required
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
6 - 8 years' industrial maintenance experience
Minimum of 3 years of electrical skills
Experienced using computers and a computerized maintenance management control system (SAP)
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Required to work a 5X8 schedule running from Monday through Friday
Ability to breakdown and setup patty formers
Working knowledge of Wielder mixers and grinders
SAP/ maintenance and reliability
