Responsibilities

Champion workplace safety through leadership, communication, and training
Conduct EHS training (respiratory, fall protection, hazard communication, ergonomics)
Perform ergonomic evaluations and industrial hygiene risk assessments
Apply OSHA, NFPA, NEC, SEMI, and ANSI standards
Conduct incident investigations using root cause analysis
Lead site safety committee meetings and manage corrective actions
Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and best known methods (BKMs)
Provide safety coaching to employees and leadership

Qualification

EHS experienceCSP certificationCIH certificationCHMM certificationSemiconductor experienceCommunication skillsWork independently

Required

5+ years of EHS experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, industrial hygiene, safety, or related field
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Preferred

Semiconductor equipment manufacturing experience strongly preferred
CSP, CIH, CHMM, or CPE certification is a plus
