This role involves working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate data into decisions and shape product strategy across a global digital product ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain trending dashboards to track product KPIs before and after feature launches
Use data to identify TAM, SAM, and SOM opportunities to improve key product metrics
Perform root cause analysis on changes in product KPIs
Partner closely with Product Managers to:
Meet regularly with Data Reliability Engineering Ops and Data Measurement Analysts
Gather product issues and pain points surfaced through day-to-day product usage
Define and calculate unit economics, forecasting product costs and benchmarking against competing enterprise SaaS products
Evaluate the production performance of ML-powered features, identifying trends, use cases, and examples to support engineering debugging
Collaborate with engineering squads to define and document data contracts and requirements across integrated products and services (e.g., OMS, Alation, Data Observability, Compute & Orchestration)
Serve as the Data Product Business Steward for the product
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in data analytics (product analytics strongly preferred)
Strong SQL skills (required)
Experience building dashboards and analyzing trends over time
Ability to translate complex data into actionable product insights
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Tableau and/or Looker
Exposure to product KPI frameworks and experimentation analysis
Familiarity with ML-driven or data-intensive products
