Responsibilities
Lead shop-floor electrical assembly for complex industrial automation systems
Oversee control panel wiring, field cabling, and electrical builds from planning through testing and dispatch
Manage 10+ technicians while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery
Work with conveyor systems, robotic cells, and system integration/testing (ATP) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings
Use industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet) and electrical testing tools
Qualification
Required
Experience with industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet)
Experience with electrical testing tools
Strong ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings
Hands-on leadership managing 10+ technicians
Ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
