Responsibilities
Develop and administer ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM), and ITSM modules
Build Service Catalogs using standard and multi-row variable sets
Develop multi-page Record Producers and catalog forms
Design and implement Flow Designer workflows (moderate to complex flows, subflows, decision tables)
Advanced development on Employee Center / Portal (UI & UX customization)
Hands-on implementation and support of ServiceNow Discovery
Analyze Discovery logs, probes, and sensors to troubleshoot errors
Perform CMDB health checks, audits, and data cleanup
Daily administration and monitoring of Discovery and CMDB processes
Moderate to advanced ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.)
Integration analysis and support using ServiceNow best practices
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
Strong hands-on expertise in ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM), ITSM
Advanced Employee Center / Portal development experience
Solid understanding of Discovery, CMDB, and infrastructure data models
Practical knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, WMI)
Good understanding of infrastructure components (servers, databases, storage, network devices, cloud)
Onsite availability in Irvine, CA or Dallas, TX
Proven ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM hands-on implementation experience
