Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end AI program roadmap, ensuring initiatives remain on track, prioritized, and aligned to business goals
Act as the primary AI business partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear communication on status, direction, risks, and outcomes
Manage multiple AI pilots and initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external technology partners
Lead prioritisation discussions across business and technology, balancing innovation with operational needs
Partner closely with security and risk teams to ensure responsible, secure, and compliant AI deployment
Provide regular executive-level reporting and insight on AI initiatives, value, and progress
Qualification
Required
6–9+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or business partner roles
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in enterprise environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior business leaders
Exposure to AI, data, automation, or emerging technologies (conceptual understanding rather than hands-on development)
Experience managing external vendors, pilots, and proofs of concept
Background working within global organisations across North America and Europe (Asia experience a plus)
