Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project and property-level accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job cost tracking

Assist Controller in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts on a regular basis

Track construction budgets, contracts, and change orders; review draws and lien releases for accuracy

Monitor project cash flow and provide timely reporting to leadership and lenders

Maintain general ledger and support year-end audit and tax preparation

Collaborate with property managers and development team to provide financial insights and ensure accurate reporting

Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reporting for executives as needed

Assist in implementation and optimization of accounting processes and systems
