Peoples Bank Customer Support Representative
Peoples Bank is a community-focused financial institution dedicated to providing exceptional service. The Customer Support Representative role involves assisting customers with inquiries over the phone and ensuring they have a clear understanding of the Bank's remote delivery channels.

Responsibilities
Providing our customers with a high level of service
Answering in-bound telephone calls for existing and future customers
Answering calls for the bank’s internal switchboard and routing calls appropriately
Asking probing questions of callers to determine their needs quickly and efficiently
Handling customer inquiries and account maintenance for personal and business accounts. Researching and customer follow-up may be necessary
Assessing customer needs and make product/service recommendations or appropriately refer to our banking partners
Qualification
Required
You have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
You are enthusiastic about providing a high level of customer service
You demonstrate commitment to providing consistent exceptional customer service, which includes cross-selling other bank products that would benefit our customers, when appropriate
You can perform multiple tasks simultaneously
You have strong interpersonal skills including professional etiquette and service mentality
You are skilled at business communication, both verbal and written
You have a strong professional demeanor and high regard for confidentiality
You can travel to other Peoples Bank locations and off-site for meetings and/or training as required
You have the ability to model the Peoples Bank Mission, Vision, and Values
Preferred
You have experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred
