Responsibilities

Play an integral part in Marcom’s support of the content management platform to support apple.com
Work cross-functionally and globally to support the Content Management platform that supports product launches, campaigns, and other corporate initiatives
Work with partner teams to develop, train, support, and enhance the overall platform for Marcom

Qualification

Headless CMS solutionsAdobe Experience Manager (AEM)Digital Asset Management systemsChange managementSoftware Development Lifecycles (SDLC)TrainingSupportAnalytics mindsetInterpersonal skillsSelf-starter

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ technical degree or a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience
Experience working with Headless CMS solutions
History of change management and working in fast, iterative software development lifecycles (SDLC's)

Preferred

Comfortable managing multiple, complex work streams within a fast paced environment
Ability to deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting achievements and meeting deadlines
Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills, who can build trusting relationships with a diverse team
Self-starter, self-motivated, self-directed, self-sufficient
Ability to provide training / support of new and existing features of Content Management platform to global teams
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems
Analytics mindset and results driven
