Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of projects
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Drive accountability for milestones (design, build, testing, go-live, post-go-live support)
Manage resources and time tracking for projects
Serve as a main point of contact for project teams
Facilitate communication between all parties involved
Proactively identify risks and manage issues to maintain project momentum
Work across ambiguous situations, adapting enterprise PM practices to DPT’s lean and dynamic model
Partner with leadership to evolve templates, and delivery playbooks
Coordinate with Testing Departments, Quality/Regulatory Assurance, Quality Control, and Management Team
Ensure handoffs and dependencies are managed seamlessly across all teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years in project management, ideally within healthcare, consulting, or health system operations leading cross-functional project teams, including oversight of workstream leads to ensure timely delivery of milestones and exceed client expectations
3+ years of experience managing project financials, including proactive monitoring and resolution of project-related issues
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in implementations, upgrades, or workflow automation
Strong PM fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with project management models, workflows, and systems such as Monday.com
PMP certification
Six Sigma Green Belt or process improvement training
