OneSparQ is seeking an Equipment Sales Director for a manufacturing company based in Nashville, TN. This role will play a key part in building and developing sales territories and team members.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team focused on food processing and industrial equipment
Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth
Manage key customer relationships through regular in-person meetings and site visits while traveling to multiple locations
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts
Drive achievement of sales targets and performance metrics across the territory
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on industrial, manufacturing, or food processing equipment
Proven experience selling capital equipment valued at $1M+
Demonstrated success in building, managing, and expanding a sales territory
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex equipment and customer processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Prior leadership or people-management experience
Experience within the tortilla or food processing industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline
