Traffic Director

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Traffic Directors for on-call opportunities to start immediately. The role involves providing superior customer service, directing traffic, maintaining traffic flow, and assisting management as needed.

Responsibilities

Direct patrons where to park and assist when spaces are full
Flag Drivers in the correct direction
Assisting Supervisor to make necessary traffic direction changes with urgency
Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit
Other special projects as assigned by location management

Required

You are at least 18 years old
High School degree preferred
Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
