Develop and execute automated test scripts for Amazon Connect call flows
Perform IVR and voice testing using Cyara
Manage test cases, defects, and reports using QTest
Execute API testing and support CI/CD integration

Qualification
Required
4+ years of automation testing experience
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, IVR, and Cyara
Experience with QTest
Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
Spanish language proficiency
