They are seeking a Senior Finance Operations Specialist responsible for crucial financial and accounting activities, as well as assisting in HR-related tasks and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage and process client billing in alignment with contract specifics

Ensure a timely and accurate collection process

Oversee policies and entry of accounts payables and expense reimbursements

Assist in generation and review of periodic financial reports

Assist in the process of report generation as needed for annual tax preparation

Preparation of bank reconciliations

Assist in process of cash flow management, budgeting/ forecasting

Assist in client renewals including invoicing, contract preparation, client requests for information, working with the legal and IT department to ensure compliance

Manage the preparation and process of payroll for global personnel

Assist in oversight of benefits enrollment and management

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Manage contract, service and price negotiations with landlords, office vendors and service providers

Support leadership with financial or legal related research

Other duties as requested in line with the financial, HR and operational support function
