Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for integration programs using MuleSoft or TIBCO
Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and business teams
Manage project planning, scope, timelines, cost, risks, and dependencies
Ensure adherence to integration architecture, best practices, and governance
Review technical designs, integration flows, APIs, and deployment strategies
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
Track and report project status, milestones, and risks to leadership
Manage vendor coordination and offshore/onshore teams
Ensure quality delivery, performance, and security compliance
Support production releases, cutover, and post-go-live activities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Project / Program Management
Strong hands-on understanding of MuleSoft or TIBCO integration platforms
Experience managing API-led integration, SOA, ESB, and middleware projects
Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices, Cloud integrations
Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, legacy systems)
Preferred
MuleSoft Certified (Integration Architect / Developer) or TIBCO certification
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
Experience in banking, insurance, retail, or large enterprise programs
