Customer Service Supervisor
YMS Management is expanding and seeking a Customer Service Supervisor. The role involves supervising employees, managing customer service interactions, and ensuring accurate document tracking related to payment processing and childcare vouchers.

Responsibilities
Supervising employees
Customer service (by phone or supervisor assignment)
Document tracking, which includes payment type application processing (direct deposit & payment card application, ACS-1 date stamp, and entry in ACCIS (date of receipt)
1099 tracking of those who did not receive their year-end statement
Other customer service-related actions that will process the childcare voucher payments timely and accurately
Qualification
Required
Comfortable with MS Office Suite
Ability to learn custom software systems quickly
Team leader skills
Professional communication with customers and employees
Excellent work habits
Proven ability to follow instructions
History of working as productive members of an office team
Relevant and sufficient experience
Willingness to commit to at least five years
Relevant work experience to substitute for lack of a college degree
Supervising employees
Customer service experience (by phone or supervisor assignment)
Document tracking skills
1099 tracking experience
Ability to process childcare voucher payments timely and accurately
