Responsibilities
Execute full sales cycle to raise capital from institutional investors
Book and advance meetings with new LPs and key consultants to close on capital commitments
Engage existing LPs through pipeline and portfolio updates
Prepare compelling pitch decks, emails, and materials that motivate investors to take action
Represent Captona at industry events to build connections and grow visibility
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in capital raising for infrastructure, energy transition, or other real assets preferred
Proven success raising equity from institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, public and corporate pension funds, endowments and foundations globally
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build relationships, manage marketing, and close deals
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
