Responsibilities
Collaborate on research projects with faculty and doctoral students
Develop own research projects under the department's guidance and mentorship
Teach three to four courses per year (graduate and undergraduate) covering courses such as organizational behavior and human resource management
Qualification
Required
This is a full-time position located on the main campus at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida
The candidate must have or anticipate receiving a Ph.D. in organizational behavior, psychology, or related fields of study before August 2026
Preferred
A strong background in experimental design and statistical analyses
Ability to manage and analyze complex data using R, Mplus, and SPSS
Ability to work independently and proactively as part of a research team
