Temp to Perm Receptionist
Glocap Business Professionals is a financial services firm based in NYC. They are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact, delivering a high-quality client experience while supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and discretion
Manage a high-volume front desk, including incoming calls, emails, and visitor flow
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and guest access
Maintain client and visitor records in compliance with firm policies
Support administrative needs including document preparation, filing, and data entry
Coordinate mail, deliveries, and courier services
Assist with expense tracking, invoices, and basic reporting as needed
Partner with administrative and operations teams to ensure smooth office functionality
Maintain a polished, organized reception and common areas
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in finance, professional services, or corporate environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience handling confidential information
