Responsibilities

Own the analytics stack end to end, including data modeling in Snowflake and dashboards in Metabase
Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable data models that power reporting and analysis
Help establish and reinforce a modern analytics stack as the company’s source of truth
Build intuitive, self-service dashboards for Finance, GTM, RevOps, and Product teams
Partner directly with senior stakeholders to translate business questions into analytics solutions
Proactively surface insights, trends, and opportunities — not just respond to requests
Improve data quality, consistency, and usability across analytics layers
Contribute to analytics standards, tooling decisions, and best practices
Support the evolution toward more predictive and forward-looking analytics

Required

5–7+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or analytics engineering
Strong SQL skills
Hands-on experience in Snowflake
Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Metabase (required)
Proven experience designing and owning analytics data models end to end
Background supporting SaaS business models, with strong preference for exposure to payments, billing, or payments-processing data
Experience working in early-stage, startup, or high-growth environments where ownership and pace are critical
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain data to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with dbt is strongly preferred
Exposure to forecasting, experimentation, or predictive analytics is a plus
Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or similar) preferred
