They are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist walk-in customers with orders, provide guidance, and maintain strong business relationships while supporting operational goals in the branch.

Responsibilities
Assisting customers with orders, providing guidance, and upselling when appropriate
Delivering outstanding service to build and maintain lasting business relationships
Growing your knowledge of products through ongoing training and hands-on experience
Collaborating with Branch Manager and Outside Sales to identify new business opportunities
Pulling and verifying customer orders for accuracy and efficiency
Helping keep inventory organized, stocked, and up to date
Working closely with warehouse and branch staff to meet daily operational goals
Partnering with Manufacturer Reps to ensure the best solutions for our customers
Keeping the branch tidy, safe, and running at its best
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Team-first mindset
Sales-savvy with mechanical aptitude
Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, knowledgeable team
Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs
Ability to work in a hands-on environment
Organized and dependable
Ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
Preferred
Experience in plumbing/HVAC
