Executive Assistant
Aux Talent is partnering with a fast-growing beauty brand to hire an Executive Assistant supporting the Founder, a well-known beauty influencer. This role focuses on providing organizational support and ensuring the Founder can concentrate on high-impact work by managing administrative tasks and communications.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, ensuring time is aligned to top business priorities
Coordinate complex travel, meetings, interviews, and scheduling—anticipating conflicts and resolving them in real time
Own day-to-day administrative needs (expenses, vendor coordination, logistics) and keep key workflows moving
Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications; draft/respond to correspondence in the Founder’s voice as needed
Coordinate with partners, clients, investors, and collaborators to ensure timely follow-ups and professional representation
Manage speaking engagements, interviews, and press requests in partnership with PR/marketing
Support select personal logistics (travel, appointments, scheduling) and assist with events/errands as needed to free the Founder’s time
Maintain strict confidentiality across sensitive company and personal matters
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and shifting timelines
Strong writing and communication skills; capable of representing the Founder with professionalism and tact
High EQ, discretion, and sound judgment in sensitive, high-stakes situations
Anticipatory mindset—two steps ahead, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
Tech-savvy and systems-minded (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Airtable)
Calm under pressure and comfortable operating amid ambiguity and creative pace
Boston-based and willing to travel 25–50%
