Express Employment Professionals is a well-established business in Butte that is expanding and looking for a driven Business Development Representative. This role focuses on building long-term client partnerships and driving sales through relationship-building and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Spend 20% of your time in the office setting appointments, calling clients, and nurturing leads

Spend 80% of your time in the field conducting follow‑ups and strengthening client relationships

Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and strategic follow‑ups

Manage accounts, track activity, and support clients with exceptional service

Conduct product demos, identify upsell opportunities, and support B2B sales efforts

Qualification

Required

Proven success in sales, business development, or account management

Driver's License and clean driving record

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow professionally
