Responsibilities
Quoting commercial cleaning services to businesses around the Bronx, NY and Manhattan
Crafting and presenting tailored proposals
Closing contracts
Working with the internal sales team to identify target industries and potential customers
Self-generating a percentage of leads
Qualification
Required
Have business-to-business sales experience and strong customer service experience
Be comfortable with lead generation by cold calling in person
Have a competitive desire to succeed
Have an inner drive to be the best and to be associated with the best
Be able to meet and exceed goals that you help set
Be able to nurture prospects and build relationships
Be able to think on their feet
Enjoy meeting new people
Willing to learn about cleaning business to ensure customer satisfaction
Required to be at physical office in North Burnaby for administrative work and meetings
Have a valid drivers license and vehicle to visit clients
