Responsibilities
Lead morning kickoffs to align technicians and crew leads on daily goals
Optimize dispatching by managing routing, workload, and asset allocation
Conduct site visits to coach crews, audit SOPs, and ensure safety compliance
Resolve real-time issues regarding staffing, equipment, and customer concerns
Manage performance via production dashboards and weekly metric reporting
Drive process improvements for SOPs, safety protocols, and training materials
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supervising field crews in home services or construction
Must be willing to go into the field when needed
Experience in route efficiency and management
Proficiency in CRMs such as ServiceTitan, HousecallPro, Jobber, etc
Strong leadership and proactive problem-solving skills
Physical capability to climb ladders, work outdoors, and lift up to 50 lbs
Clean driving record and a solid understanding of OSHA standards
Preferred
Experience creating SOPs or operational playbooks
Experience managing job costs and margins
PMP or equivalent project management credentials
Familiarity with exterior cleaning or facility maintenance
