Responsibilities
Perform imagery adjustments, including resizing, retouching, formatting, and optimizing images for digital and print use
Support art design needs by creating and updating visual assets based on provided direction and existing templates
Assist with media creation and management, including organizing, updating, and maintaining digital design files and assets
Complete a variety of miscellaneous graphics work as assigned, supporting departments such as Sales and Commercialization
Ensure all design work follows established brand guidelines and formatting standards
Implement feedback and revisions in a timely and accurate manner
Manage multiple design requests while meeting established deadlines
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Entry-level to early-career experience in graphic design, internships included
Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with precision
Ability to work within defined direction and established processes
Preferred
Experience supporting internal corporate or operational design needs
Familiarity with file management and basic asset organization
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
