Responsibilities

Drive supplier improvement through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
Support Zero Defect implementation, sustainment, and supplier predictability initiatives
Perform supplier pre-qualification and qualification assessments
Support new product introduction and supplier work transfers
Monitor supplier quality and delivery KPIs and scorecards
Manage PPAPs, First Article Inspections (FAI), source inspections, and customer approvals
Conduct supplier quality audits, including AS9100 and non-certified supplier audits
Support supplier quality records, compliance, and regulatory audits

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
2–4 years of supplier quality or quality assurance experience (aerospace preferred)
Strong knowledge of AS9100, Nadcap, APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and control plans
Experience with aerospace Zero Defect initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

Preferred

Quality certifications (AS9100 Lead Auditor, ASQ, Six Sigma)
