Responsibilities

Lead the development and optimization of paid social campaigns, with a focus on scaling Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to $75k+ per month
Build and manage comprehensive full-funnel strategies, spanning prospecting, retargeting, and retention
Fully leverage machine learning and automated bidding systems to maximize account efficiency and performance
Translate performance insights into creative briefs; collaborate with designers to produce high-performing video and static assets
Analyze multi-source datasets to diagnose performance issues. Utilize pixels and Conversions API for robust online and offline tracking
Explore and support additional growth channels (YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) to diversify customer acquisition efforts

Required

4+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically in hands-on Meta Ads management for a B2C brand
Proven success scaling Meta campaigns to monthly spends of $75k+
Expert Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Meta's machine learning behavior, audience signals, and attribution dynamics
Analytical Prowess: Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies for senior leadership
Copywriting: Excellent skills in crafting conversion-driven, emotionally compelling ad messaging

Preferred

Meta Blueprint Certification
Experience with cross-channel expansion (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
Experience at a fast-paced B2C brand or high-growth agency
Experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM data integration
