Responsibilities
You will ensure the professional and personal development of your team
You will work closely with our customers and be their sparring partner whilst in charge of their projects
You will support the company-wide development of knowledge with your professional expertise
You will be responsible for a specific subject area to knowledge share with others
You can look forward to project assignments at home and abroad, in a wide range of industries from start-ups, trade and consumer goods to the energy and automotive industries, as well as the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
You will develop and implement tailor-made strategies in procurement and supply chain management
You will demonstrate entrepreneurial talent in the acquisition of new customers
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience in procurement and/or supply chain management (experience in consulting is highly preferred)
BS from an accredited university (MS is preferred)
Significant success in business optimization
Strong communication and presentation skills
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
Results-orientated mindset
Confidence and persuasiveness
Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills
Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams. At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects
Preferred
MS from an accredited university
