Responsibilities
Designing and driving execution for key Discovery and Legal Operations programs
Drive operational excellence and efficiency by leading strategic initiatives that support the team’s mission
Establish and refine policies and procedures
Improving operations and allowing the team to scale for the future
Discovery technology enablement and optimization - Metrics, reporting and insights
Process and workflow improvement
Vendor management
Financial management
Change management
Incident management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experience, including significant experience leading complex discovery project or program management in litigations and investigations
Strong technology interest and aptitude, including familiarity with common discovery tools, project management tools and database management
Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential
Preferred
Meaningful in-house or equivalent experience and experience managing discovery in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate setting
Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk
Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; shares information and supports others
