Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
Utilize SolidWorks, FEA tools, and ePDM for engineering documentation and design
Manage technical documentation like BOMs, ECNs, and develop detailed test plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
At least 5+ years of experience
Skilled with plastic part design and material selection
Knowledge of SolidWorks, FEA Analysis, and Mold Flow
Familiar with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and lean tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, A3 reports)
Ability to mentor others and guide junior engineers through complex projects
