Regional Sales Specialist

Lend Investors Capital is looking to add a Regional Sales Specialist to their team. This role involves partnering with a Regional Sales Manager to assess business needs, manage CRM call campaigns, and support new Broker Loan Originators while achieving productivity requirements.

Responsibilities

Utilize the company CRM to manage call campaigns in order to establish qualified introductions, and scheduling meetings for their dedicated sales partner
Competently and proactively assess business partner and borrower business needs, discuss loan scenarios and financing solutions tailored for each customer
Support new Broker LO registration, and support their on-boarding process, systems & product training, and support them for new business opportunities to maximize the partnership
The Regional Sales Specialist must achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity requirements
The position demands multi-tasking and proactive follow-up to maximize results
The position requires the candidate to fully comprehend channel specific requirements, sales tools, internal systems, how to provide quotes, loan application, terms acceptance, and loan submission with interested parties
As required, the position is required to update system status, request information & required documentation, follow-up on active loans in various pipeline stages, follow-up on terms send & appraisal payments due, and provide regular updates and communication with their dedicated partner and business partners

Required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Associate's degree or equivalent required - Bachelor's degree preferred
Affinity for cold calling and pre-qualifying leads via phone and Teams meetings
Must be motivated to learn, drive for results, increase their earnings, and advance their sales skillset
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Preferred

Experience working in a real estate office, lender, bank, or financial services institution preferred
Experience with mortgage lending and loan application software preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions preferred
Experience as or as an assistant Loan Originator a plus
