Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
Answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients
Ensure guests are satisfied and extend a friendly farewell inviting guests back
Assist guests when on a waiting list
Coordinate the flow of seating throughout the shift while maintaining the waiting list
Suggestively sells all menu items
Observes guests and responds to any additional needs
Demonstrating excitement and enthusiasm
Follows health and safety guidelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in the restaurant industry
High energy working to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and the team
Dependable team player with successful record of work attendance
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Ability reach, lift, bend and carry heavy objects
Must adhere to Buddy's uniform policy and standards at all times
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
