They are seeking a Facilities & Project Manager responsible for ensuring the operational readiness and efficiency of a newly built industrial facility, while also overseeing project management and facilities leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure the facility, equipment, and infrastructure are fully operational and production-ready every day

Own daily walkthrough, issue tracking, and rapid resolution of facility or equipment disruptions

Maintain optimal working conditions across all departments

Partner with Operations leadership to align facility performance with production schedules and throughput targets

Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of screen-printing and warehouse equipment

Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs

Negotiate service agreements and manage ongoing contracts

Security, fire, and life-safety systems

Janitorial, waste management, and grounds

Minimize downtime through proactive planning and rapid response

Partner with: Operations & Production on throughput and uptime; Warehouse & Fulfillment on layout and flow efficiency; IT & Systems on infrastructure support; Design, Customer Service, and Leadership on workspace needs

Support showroom readiness for customer visits and presentations
