Responsibilities
Ensure bills and invoices are issued and paid within expected timeframes
Correctly assign expenses to specific budgets
Prepare and submit individual client bills for payment
Prepare and submit invoices and/or batch reports for payable items, including breakdown by individual client and budget
Prepare and submit payment requests for rent, utilities, and services
Timely acquisition of vendor W9s, as applicable
Prepares accounts payable reports as requested
Clear and timely communication with Accounting Department
Assist in preparation of Purchase Orders and tracking
Assist with Medical Specialty Care and Oral Health referrals as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Two years of job-related experience OR One year of experience required at the lower-level Finance Clerk 2 (FIS011) or position equivalent
