Responsibilities

Develop and execute a focused affiliate strategy to build a high-impact partner portfolio and effectively reach your target audience in the US, Mexico, and Canada
Master the nuances of the US, Mexican, and Canadian markets to build strong, lasting partnerships that attract new users in a competitive landscape
Take full ownership of the affiliate budget, effectively managing spend to balance customer acquisition costs, inflow volume, and the quality of new leads
Proven skills in designing and executing comprehensive affiliate marketing plans to diversify a partner portfolio and effectively reach target audiences
Deep expertise in identifying, recruiting, and negotiating with a diverse range of affiliate partners to build strong, long-term relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret key performance indicators (CAC, CVR, LTV, fraud signals) and make data-driven optimizations to improve results
Proven ability to manage spend, forecast ROI, and balance acquisition cost, traffic volume, and lead quality through effective commercial modeling
Solid understanding of the affiliate landscapes, consumer behaviors, and competitive pressures in the US, with a strong preference for knowledge of the Mexican and Canadian markets
