Responsibilities
Ensure effective coaching methods throughout the inbound operations while maintaining all company policies and procedures
Responsible for the Receiving Department and inventory control as it's required in the Best Business Practices Guide
Monitor the Access Returns Department
Complete weekly report for Warehouse Manager
Make daily delivery appointments for Receiving Department
Responsible for Department measurables and their commitment to improve
Other duties as determined by the needs of the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license
Forklift Certification
Requires strong supervisory skills: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with inventory management
Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs)
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will often be required to stand, sit, use hands, talk and hear
The employee will occasionally be required to walk, reach, stoop and kneel
There are no special vision requirements
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 lbs
The noise level is moderate (examples: Warehouses with staff and forklifts in operation)
Ability to communicate and work in a team oriented atmosphere
Must obtain forklift certification
Preferred
Warehouse Managerial Or Supervisory Experience Preferred
