Responsibilities
Partner with investment team to create and update strong, consistent suite of core product marketing and client-service materials, in effort to effectively convey firms' product awareness
Revamp strategic marketing & communication planning for firm
Assist with North American marketing, events, content, media relations and branding programs for firm
Create operational roadmap and develop processes to support marketing efforts
Partner with Sales and Research colleagues to understand competitive landscape, develop strategic investor targets
Liaise with external clients and sales teams to coordinate Roadshow schedules and create detailed travel and meeting itineraries
Plan and execute domestic and international events
Responsible for public relations initiatives including crafting press releases and producing media roundtable with firm’s managing partners
Working with Event team in all aspects of roadshow/conference execution
Collaborate with teams across all regions to develop meaningful marketing material such as, sales pitchbooks, strategy books, client reviews, conference presentations and educational materials for both internally and externally use
Work with all levels of team members across the organization to help ensure the integrity and consistency of portfolio data reported across all marketing channels
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with at least 3+ years of directly Marketing/Product Strategy within Financial Services/Private Equity Alternative Asset Management or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Salesforce and Excel (Modeling & Formulas)
Technical knowledge, data analytics using CRMs (Salesforce), and presenting using PowerPoint
Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven dynamic environment
Innovative and creative thinker
Must be detail oriented
