Responsibilities
Manage phone reservations, handle payments and cash transactions, utilize computer/POS systems, and provide top-notch customer service
Deliver exceptional customer service, use computer systems effectively, and communicate clearly (e.g., greeting players, monitoring pace of play, and assisting golfers on the course)
Repair divots, fix ball marks/pitch marks on greens, and empty trash receptacles throughout the course
Clean and fuel golf carts, prepare carts for outings and group events, assist with clubhouse tasks, and support occasional on-course duties
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft software
Strong phone-based customer service skills
Enthusiasm for public interaction
Ability to coordinate golf course activities
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Excellent customer service skills and keen attention to detail
Must be at least 16 years old
Preferred
Basic golf knowledge
