Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment

Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems, including tracking stock and conducting cycle counts to ensure accuracy

Utilize ServiceTitan’s replenishment features to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space utilization

Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping

Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with national safety and regulatory standards

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve issues

Approve invoices and ensure timely and accurate processing of payments

Generate and analyze inventory and operational reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
