Qualification
Required
Active P&C license (required)
Proven insurance sales experience (agency or carrier side)
Ability to self-source business and/or leverage existing referral channels
Professional, consultative sales approach
Entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred
Life & Health license (strong plus)
