Responsibilities
Support engineering activities related to autoclavable stopper arm implementation and offline stopper test station installation and testing
Lead and support the NVPM relocation project (Area 105B – Insulin Line), including equipment relocation, reinstallation, and functional testing
Coordinate execution of equipment modifications and process changes within GMP manufacturing areas
Author, review, and support Change Controls in accordance with site and corporate quality systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Validation, Automation, and Maintenance teams
Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time execution
Support commissioning and testing activities to ensure equipment is fit for intended use
Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution
Participate in project meetings, document action items, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline)
2–5 years of engineering experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience supporting equipment modifications, relocations, or testing activities
Working knowledge of Change Control processes in a GMP environment
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Onsite requirement in Indianapolis, IN
Preferred
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment used in sterile or insulin production environments
