Engaging in hands-on commercial contract work, including day-to-day execution

Supporting supply agreements, development agreements, licensing transactions, and other strategic matters with training and support from the legal team

Required

Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification rather than making assumptions

Preferred

Experience as a contracts manager focused on day-to-day execution

Attorneys with commercial transactions and soft IP experience who are interested in growing into more complex technology transactions

Ability to support supply agreements, development agreements, licensing transactions, and other strategic matters with training and support from the legal team

Candidates who can go onsite once per week in San Jose, CA
