Responsibilities
Perform testing following test methods and protocols; collect, record, and enter data into Excel/Minitab
Set up and tear down test equipment; support test method development and validation activities
Assist with drafting test protocols, test reports, SOPs, work instructions, and lab notebook entries
Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment and fixtures
Support inventory, material receiving, and shipping for R&D testing
Conduct lab safety training, routine inspections, and calibration coordination
Assist with internal/external audit preparation and general lab organization
Support engineers with root cause analysis, nonconformance investigations, and manufacturing/R&D testing needs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED required
0–3 years of experience in R&D, testing, or a regulated laboratory setting
Familiarity with GMP, GLP, GDP, and general lab equipment
Proficiency with MS Excel
Experience with physical testing equipment (Instron/Zwick, gauges, force/torque tools)
Preferred
Associate's degree in science, engineering, or related field preferred
Experience with Minitab is a plus
