Commercial Funding Partners (CFP) is a national leader in equipment leasing and vendor finance solutions. They are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Documentation to lead and oversee the documentation and funding execution process with precision, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the preparation, review, and execution of all lease and loan documentation

Ensure all transactions align with approved credit terms, funding conditions, and internal policies

Serve as the final documentation authority prior to funding

Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and funding-source requirements

Review and manage Master Lease Agreements, amendments, schedules, and UCC filings

Identify and mitigate documentation and funding risks proactively

Partner closely with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to resolve documentation issues efficiently

Coordinate with vendors, customers, and third-party originators to obtain required documentation and signatures

Act as a subject matter expert on lease structures and documentation requirements

Ensure accurate tracking, electronic filing, and audit readiness of all documentation

Support funding execution, collateral verification, and post-closing requirements

Contribute to workflow optimization, technology adoption, and scalability initiatives

Assist in developing documentation standards, best practices, and training as the company grows

Provide leadership insight on documentation, risk management, and process improvements
