Talent Acquisition Intern
Base-2 Solutions is seeking motivated undergraduate or graduate students for a Spring 2026 Talent Acquisition internship. Interns will support recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to real-world projects.

Responsibilities
Support the full life cycle recruiting process, including preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding of candidates
Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions
Utilize sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals
Help maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and execute staffing strategies
Posting and regularly updating job openings
Participate in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
Provide ongoing status updates on sourcing activities and candidates
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a college degree, preferably in business administration, human resources, communications, policy, international affairs, or related field
Eligible to receive college credit for the internship
Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proficiency with LinkedIn
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
Coachable, hardworking, able to multitask, and maintain a positive attitude
Willing to assist other interns/projects when requested
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
