Pro Video Audio Equipment Technical Support Specialist

The Pro Video Audio Equipment Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support, assist clients with configuration and troubleshooting of AV equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting sales engineering tasks.

Responsibilities
White glove, first class customer support
On site customer support, as needed
Timely resolution of customer issues
Building ongoing solution database
Evaluating, troubleshooting, and servicing product
Performing Quality Assurance testing of outgoing orders
Providing pre-sales engineering support for internal and external clients
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work on-site in Fair Lawn, NJ
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 Years of work experience specifically in the Pro Video field, working with video transport, sources, displays
Minimum 2 Years of work experience in customer support
Preferred
Degree or certification in a related field, such as AV Technology, is a plus
